How do I place my order?
Kindly place your order online from our website by adding your desired products to your shopping cart.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for delivery is $80.00, excluding a delivery charge depending on the location of delivery. For orders below $80, you may pay the difference from the minimum order for delivery.
Free delivery for orders above $120.00. There is no minimum order for self-collection.
What can I expect after I have placed an order?
You would receive an email and/or a phone call from us once the order has been processed. Your order is only be confirmed after you have received the email and/or the phone call.
How many days in advance do I have to place my order?
The order lead time for delivery is 2 working days.
If I would like to make changes to my order, how do I go about doing so?
If you would like to make changes to your order, you may:
1) Call our office numbers at 6440 8084 or 6440 8075 during office hours
2) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your name and contact number so as to allow us to get back to you as soon as possible
Please note that changes to the order have to be made maximum 1 day before delivery. Kindly note that we reserve the right not to entertain last minute amendments.
I would like to postpone/cancel my order. When is the last day I may do so?
Postponement and cancellations of any orders have to be done 2 days prior to the delivery date.
What are the various payment modes available?
You may make your payment via:
1) Cash on delivery
3) Vendors@gov E-invoice ( For Government Agencies only)
Please indicate to us the mode of payment when ordering. Alternatively, you may also make payment at our office at 69 Joo Chiat Place. Payment have to be made 1 day before delivery.
Can I mix and match different items?
By default, ice cream will have to be ordered in cartons for ease of packing and delivery.
For ordering of ice cream quantities lesser than a carton, kindly check with our friendly sales team for availability.
How do I know how many Styrofoam boxes do I need?
If necessary, you may add in one foam box ($5.20 ea) to your order. For orders above $80, complimentary dry ice will be provided with purchase of foam box. For orders above $200, complimentary foam box and dry ice will be provided.
The dry ice will ensure that the ice cream will be kept frozen till evening / night. If additional foam boxes are required, you would be advised by our staff accordingly upon confirmation of the order.
Do I need to have a freezer to store the ice cream?
For orders above $500, you may request for free rental of ice cream freezer from us. However, a power socket would have to be required at the event for the freezer (13 amp, 220V). The freezer would be collected the following day after the event, and you would be informed of the freezer collection time at the time of confirmation.
For orders less than $500, foam boxes and dry ice may be purchased to ensure that the ice cream is kept frozen if required. Alternatively, freezer may be rented at an additional charge of $120 for orders lesser than $500.
Delivery & Self-Collection
I would like to collect the purchases myself. Am I able to do so?
Yes, you are able to collect the purchases yourself at our office if you do not want the goods to be delivered to you. However, please do state Self-Collection in the Delivery Address section of the order form.
Is there any minimum order for self-collection?
No, there is no minimum order for self-collection.
What are the delivery charges? Is there any free delivery?
A delivery charge of $15.00, $20.00 or $30.00 will be applicable depending on the location. Free delivery will be provided for orders above $120.00.
Do you deliver to all locations?
We deliver to all locations, except to Lim Chu Kang and all offshore islands.
When are the delivery services available?
Delivery services are available from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays.
For urgent deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays, kindly contact our sales team. Additional surcharge will be chargeable depending on order.
The delivery will be made within the selected 2-hour time range and we are unable to guarantee arrival at a specific time unfortunately. If there is no one around to receive, our deliverymen can leave the foam box outside the door if permitted.
What is your company's policy on cone breakages for delivery orders?
At Chip Guan Heng, we completely understand that occasional cone breakages can occur during shipping or delivery, and we want to assure you that we take every possible precaution to securely package our ice cream cones and bowls to reduce the risk of breakage during transit.
Whilst we maintain rigorous packaging standards, kindly understand that our policy allows for an allowance of up to 5% breakages to be considered acceptable. Do note that we cannot be held liable for any breakages that may occur due to mishandling after delivery.
Events & Catering
What are the various ice cream live stations available?
We have the all-time favourite traditional ice cream push cart, ice cream scoop live station, or even a mix of both if you have a large event!
Large gelato waffle cone ice cream live stations are also available. If you would like to customize the ice cream, such as having ice cream served in a waffle bowl etc, simply check with our friendly sales team and we will get back to you with a quote.
I would like to have an ice cream live station for my party! What is the minimum number of pax to order?
The minimum amount for an ice cream live station starts from 100 pax.

I have a large scale corporate event of more than 3000 pax. Will you be able to provide ice cream live stations of this scale?
We have handled large corporate functions and Family Day events of more than 3000 pax previously. Just enquire with us and we will get back to you with a quotation. Not to worry, you are in good hands 🙂
Do you provide a manpower to serve for your ice cream live stations?
Yes, manpower is included for ice cream live stations. If you feel that you may require additional manpower for your event, simply let us know and we will provide you with more details.
Our service staff are equiped with food hygiene certificates.
I would like to customize the push cart / freezer for my event. Will you be able to do so?
Certainly, we do provide ice cream customization (additional charges apply). From corporate branding on the ice cream beach umbrella to the actual push cart itself, simply let us know your requirements and leave the rest to us!
Artwork to be provided by Client.
Can we design the push carts ourselves? Will there be any additional charges?
If you would like to do up your own corporate branding on the push cart, we can deliver the cart in advance (same day delivery only) for you to do so. No additional charges required.
However, kindly note that all stickers / labels on the push cart should be temporary and should be easily removable at the end of event.
